There is no serious development without government implication. The success of development relies on the ability of government to plan, manage, and execute necessary projects. Every citizen is concerned about any project built with public funds. The responsible government that we shall elect will present us two planning, one feasible based on the actual budget, and another unrealistic one that will rely on help or loans. Capitalist ones , those that yield profits will be prioritized. i.e. Building modern national roads, it will provide total detailed cost , with duration; all private companies dealing with road construction will provide their quotation. E-toll will be installed for investor to take back their investment.
