Technology transfer is a new way of helping Africa to catch up with the delay in technology by copying the technology and strategies of developed countries via the diaspora. Most of African diaspora are specialized in almost any field of industry and technology and are mostly saddened to see the pitiable situation of their country of origin; this a channel through which the experienced in the diaspora will transfer their knowledge and expertise to Africa .
